2. What Aforena is

Aforena is a software platform for nightclubs, venues, promoters, beach clubs and festivals. Each organizer uses it to publish events and manage ticket sales, guest lists, table bookings, memberships, the door and its customer base.

Each venue or promoter has its own pages on this site (for example aforena.com/venue-name). The content of those pages and the events advertised on them are the responsibility of their organizer.

3. Rules of use

Access to the site is free. Some features (buying, joining a list, managing a venue) need your details or an account, and are also governed by the terms and conditions.

By using the site you agree to do so lawfully and not to:

• introduce harmful software or try to access areas or data that aren't yours;
• copy the site's content, prices or data automatically (scraping);
• impersonate others or give false details;
• resell tickets without the organizer's permission or use the platform for fraud.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The software, design, the Aforena brand and the site's own texts belong to its owner or are used under licence, and may not be copied, distributed or transformed without permission.

The flyers, logos, photos and texts of each event or venue belong to their organizer (or whoever licensed them), who guarantees the right to publish them.

5. Liability

Aforena does not organize the events advertised on the site. Each organizer is responsible for its event: date, times, line-up, entry conditions, capacity, changes and cancellations.

We work to keep the site running at all times, but cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. We are not liable for damage caused by use of the site against these rules, nor for the content of third-party pages linked from here.

6. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as power or network outages, cyberattacks, natural disasters or decisions of the authorities.

8. Data protection and cookies

How we handle your personal data and which cookies we use is explained in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

9. Validity of the clauses

If any part of this notice is declared void, the rest remains valid.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

This site is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts where you live; otherwise, the courts of the owner's registered address.
